Contact form and email
When you use the contact form, we process your details: preferred type of contact, name, company, email, phone, field, number of professionals, preferred time and message. We only use this data to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible offer. The data is not sold and not passed on to third parties for advertising.
Sending emails via Resend
We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send form emails. You receive a confirmation at your email address and we receive a copy at info@ekipmote.com. Resend processes the data solely on our behalf. There is no form database on this website.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser type and time may be stored in server logs as far as necessary for operation and security.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. Measurement is anonymous and works without cookies: page visited, referrer, rough region, device and browser. No personal profiles are created.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not set marketing cookies and therefore shows no cookie banner. Fonts are self-hosted, no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for your enquiry and any collaboration, or as required by statutory retention obligations.
